“Lean and Green—Efficiency and Effectiveness in Production” was the first long term project to be launched within the Indo-German Cooperation between BITS Pilani and TU Braunschweig. It started in 2010 and was funded by DAAD’s initiative “A New Passage to India” for two years. Within this program the already existing exchange of students and researchers was intensified.
